As a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, Sam has been licensed to practice law in the state of Florida since 1983. He has been board-certified by the Florida Bar in Criminal Trial Law since 1994. His experience over the years spans more than 100 trials ranging from misdemeanors and DUI offenses to first-degree murder charges.
Prior to going into private practice, Sam worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Pasco County, the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In that capacity, he prosecuted felonies, misdemeanors, and DUI charges.
